On April 25, 2025, the inaugural National Symposium on Technology Transfer Talent Development was held at Shanghai Jiao Tong University's Haoran High-Tech Building, marking the official launch of the National Alliance for Technology Transfer Talent Development. Fourteen leading universities jointly initiated this alliance, issuing a landmark declaration on talent cultivation.
